Indian Air Force Recruitment 2018: Online applications have been invited for the courses commencing from July 2019 for grant of Short Service Commission (SSC) in Flying Branch and Permanent Commission (PC) / Short Service Commission (SSC) in Ground Duty (Technical and Non-Technical) Branches. Candidates can apply on or before 15 July 2018 in prescribed format. The application process starts from 16 June 2018. There are 42 posts in the Flying Branch, 76 posts in Ground Duty (Technical) and 40 posts in Ground Duty (Non-Technical)-

Theere are also 24 Posts of Ground Duty (Non-Technical) in the Meteorology Branch.
For the Flying Branch, the age limit is 20 to 24 years as on July q, 2019. Upper age limit for candidates holding valid and current Commercial Pilot Licence is-sued by DGCA (India) is relaxable upto 26 years. The candidates applying for Ground Duty (Technical/Non-Technical) Branches), should be between 20 and 26 years as on July 1, 2019.
NCC Special Entry: Candidates should be Graduate in any discipline from a recognized University (at least 60 percent marks) with Physics and Mathematics subjects at 10+2 level or BE/B Tech from any recognised University with at least 60 percent marks or NCC Air Wing Senior Division ’C’ certificate.
