Employment Opportunities to Youth Under NCS Project: Ministry of Labour & Employment has signed a strategic Memorandum of Understanding (MoUs) with the private partners such as job portals, placement organisations and reputed institutions for maximising the reach of the National Career Service (NCS) project. This will be instrumental in providing access to the youth for a variety of employment opportunities across the country.
The National Career Service (NCS) project has collaborated with Monster.com, Shine.com, Babajobs.com, Uber, India Staffing Federation (ISF), Get Ahead Fast, India Old Age, Quikr, TechMahindra (SaralRozgaar), Freshersworld.com, Merajobs.com, FirstJob.com, Wheebox, Urban Clap, Indeed.co.in, Portea.com, Amity University, Delivery Track, Association of Skill Training Providers (ASTP), All India Technical Management Council (AITMC), Domestic Workers Sector Skill Council (DWSSC), Department of Posts, M/o Communications, Common Service Centre (CSC), M/o Electronics and Information Technology, All India Society for Electronics and Computer Technology (AISECT), Gajapati Centurion University, Career Cliniq, CII, Don Bosco Tech Society, Devi Ahilya University, Federation of Indian Chambers of Commerce & Industry (FICCI), National Institute of Electronics & Information Technology (NIELIT), Yashashvee, CLR Facility Services, Swastik Computer Education and EDUJOBS Academy.
The NCS was established with the objective of providing employment to the youth. According to the data available on the NSC portal, over 1 crore active job seekers on the website.
