Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0 with PM Modi: Students, parents and teachers from across the country in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0 at Talkatora Stadium in New Delhi on January 29, 2019. At the event, Prime Minister Narendra Modi will discuss issues related to exams and the stress connected to them with the students and teachers. This is the first time students from across the country and Indian students who resides abroad will take part in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0: Pariksha Ki Baat PM Ke Saath. Last year, only students from Delhi and NCR had participated in Pariksha Pe Charcha 2.0.
Participants of the event are from 24 states/UTs and 675 students have already arrived in Delhi to take part at the event. Indian students reside in Singapore, Saudi Arabia, Russia, Nigeria, Iran, Nepal, Doha, and Kuwait will also participate at the event.
A 10 minutes a cultural programme has also been included in the schedule of the programme. At the cultural programme, winner students from Kala Utsav contest, their parents and teachers will perform. Ministry of HRD will play a short film showing the steps taken by the government since last years’ event to reduce exam-related stress.
This even will be telecast live on Doordarshan and other TV channels. On January 29, there will be live telecast of the programme in all the government, CBSE schools, higher education institutions and colleges across the country and abroad.The students will be able to watch the event on television screen. The Prime Minister is expected to engage in a free-wheeling talk with the students, teachers and parents regarding exam-related stress and other issues that affect students’ all-round development.
