If you have passed your Class 12 exam with at least 80 percent or above marks then you can join Tech Bee – HCL’s Early Career Program. On successful completion of the programme, the candidates will be offered 2.2 lakh per annum. The students can also get fee waiver if they perform well during the training. Who can apply:
1. Students who have cleared Class 12 exam will 80 percent marks and they should have studied Mathematics in Class 12. Year of completion of their Class 12 examination should be between 2017 and 2018.

2. CBSE and ICSE students with 80 percent marks. For other Boards minimum marks criteria details, candates should visit the HCL official website: hcltss.com.

Programme fee:
2 lakh plus applicable taxes.Financial assistance in the form of bank loan is available.

The company said in a post that financial assistance will be arranged in a way that there will be no financial burden on parents or students and deduction of fee paid starts from 3rd year of employment

Students can get 100 percent fee waiver if they score 90 percent and above in durin the training and 50 percent fee waiver if they score between 85-90 percent in training.

Programme details:

This is a 15 month training programme.

Tech Bee – HCL’s Early Career Program is clustered into following sets:

Foundation Training Program – Technical Foundation Training to create deployment ready talent pool

Technology / Domain Training – stream specific training to ensure that all tasks pertaining to the role can be performed

Role Specific Training – hands-on project work to be assigned during the professional practice term

Classroom training that lays strong emphasis on practical exercises, continuous assessments and assignments

The candidates have access to the Learning Management System that helps them with peer based discussions, online assessments, assignments and case based submissions

The candidates will also learn the fundamentals of Information technology, relevant software tools, processes and life skills during the training, the company said in a notification.

Selection process
The selection will be based on Counseling, Interview, Online Test, HCL SAT, and Medical Examination.

Certificate in IT from SSN

A career with HCL across streams including Application Development, Software/ Product Testing, Application Support and Infrastructure Management Service

Over a ten-year time horizon, you can earn upto Rs. 10 Lakh per annum along with opportunities to work with global customers
